Hi All - Please join us tomorrow, Thursday, to Reclaim Armistice Day. - We're joining with Veterans for Peace to remind our community that November 11th was originally "Armistice Day," commemorating the end of the First World War. - We will assemble with a banner or two, peace signs, and a good leaflet at the VFW Plaza in Hastings (Warburton Ave. at Spring St.) at 11:30. Please join us for a brief rally to celebrate Armistice Day and stand for peace.
